PLEASE NOTE: Next business day delivery is most likely but not guaranteed. COMBINED POSTAGE We are happy to combine the postage on orders with multiple items; simply use the eBay Shopping Cart. PARCEL SECURITY AND DELIVERY OPTIONS Selecting a trackable or registered service is highly recommended to insure against parcel theft. Most parcels require a signature on delivery and will be taken to your local post office for collection if no one is available when delivery is attempted. NON DELIVERY Unless an Authority To Leave has been previously arranged, parcels will be taken to the nearest post office for collection if the delivery is attempted and no one is available to accept the parcel. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE – AUSTRALIA POST SAFE DROP PLEASE NOTE: Parcels left via Safe Drop are done so at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for theft of items left unsecured. If you’re not going to be home when your parcel is delivered and you don’t want to have to collect it from the post office, there are two ways to arrange for it to be left. Option 1 – Add A Message To Your Order (You can add a message during checkout.) Option 2 – Use Austraia Post’s Safe Drop Service via My Post Australia Post’s My Post service allows you to track and manage your parcels online. The Safe Drop option makes it easy to organise to have your e-parcel left in a specified location when you will not be home. Not all deliveries are eligible for Safe Drop (e.g PO Boxes and certain apartment buildings) but when it is available, Australia Post will provide a link in their email as noted below. Here’s how to organise a Safe Drop via Australia Post: 1. When you receive your email from Australia Post with the subject “Your delivery from Atomic Cherry is ready to be sent”, click the “Use Safe Drop for this delivery” button: 2. Login your MyPost account and follow the instructions. COLLECTING OR RETURNING YOUR ORDER IN PERSON (Brisbane) Orders can be collected from our warehouse in Hamilton, Brisbane between 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Please select ‘Local Pick Up’ as your postage method during checkout. Once your order is processed and ready to be collected, we will email you our address details. PLEASE NOTE: We do not have a physical store. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES All parcels are despatched from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Once your item has been despatched, the delivery time is out of our control. Estimated delivery dates as advised on any eBay site are an estimate only and are usually the best case senario. Parcels can be delayed due to several factors such as transit delays, customs clearance delays, public holidays, postal strikes and natural disasters. Please take this into account especially from October to December. POSTAGE METHODS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We have several options for International customers depending on the item(s) purchased and delivery location: Airmail – does not provide online tracking, signature on delivery or insurance Pack and Track International – provides online tracking for parcels travelling to the UK, USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Malaysia, China, Israel and Canada. Registered Post International – provides signature on delivery and compensation for loss up to $100. This service does not generally provide online tracking but your country may make tracking information available on its postal web site. Airmail – does not provide online tracking, signature on delivery or insurance Express Courier International – fastest option with online tracking ONLINE TRACKING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Online tracking is available for the following countries: UK, USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Israel and Canada. TRANSIT TIMES FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES Transit times are estimates only and are subject to international carrier delays. Time frame excludes customs processing times. CUSTOMS CHARGES All additional customs charges must be paid by the buyer. These fees are not included in the purchase price. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country and the goods will not be released until these charges are paid in full. Each country sets different fees and taxes.
